The staff at American Tire Depot was very helpful, friendly and accommodating, and the service was very quick; I called them one day and my order was submitted that day, and my tires were received and installed the next without an appointment. The install was done in a timely manner while I waited and the waiting area was very clean, comfortable and well-stocked with water and coffee. I’m very appreciative of all the staff that worked on my vehicle but especially to Sebastian who was very helpful with finding the right tires for me and price matched my previous quote, and to the friendly big guy in the front with the long reddish blonde beard (sorry, didn’t get your name but I think you know who you are! 🤣) who resolved the misunderstanding with my appointment/non-appointment and was very patient and polite with me and all my questions and informed me of the discount for an alignment. I normally don’t go to the first place I call without shopping around, but after the experience I had here I’m convinced I made the right choice and will definitely be going back when/if the need arises.

I’ve had good experiences with America’s Tire in the past, which is why this visit was especially disappointing. I dropped off my Tesla to have all four tires replaced and was told the car would be ready in approximately 45 minutes. I relied on that estimate and returned after 45 minutes, only to find my car still sitting there with the old tires and the work apparently had not even started. I then had to wait in line again for about 15 minutes just to speak with someone. The employee who originally helped me seemed surprised that the work had not been done and had to check the computer to figure out what had happened. After that, I waited almost another hour. What was supposed to take approximately 45 minutes turned into nearly two hours, without any proactive communication or update. Unfortunately, the experience became even more concerning when I returned to pick up my car. The employee I had originally given my Tesla key to was no longer there, and the employee assisting me could not initially locate my key. After searching, he eventually found it mixed in with paperwork/receipts associated with another vehicle and under another customer’s information. That was very concern

I went here because it was the closest to my barber AND I was going to be late for a wedding. (Talk about awesome dumb luck) Thanks to Sebastian and the team here I am NOT going to be late, in fact I’ll be a few minutes early now. Definitely coming back here when I need a full set of new tires. Thanks y’all!

They say first impressions are a lasting impression and in this case it is absolutely true! From the first call, the customer service was spectacular! Sebastian was informative and patient - he did not try to upsell or place me in tires that wouldn’t provide safe and comfortable driving- instead he and the other staff member provided information that was necessary for a reasonable purchase. The service was thorough and completed in a timely fashion! I had four new tires installed, a TPM change and an oil change done in an hour and a half!! Overall the staff were friendly, professional, efficient and effective! I genuinely appreciate all the staff members here that helped me! I will be a returning customer!

I went there as I had a flat tire. I requested a specific tire to match my other tires and it was about 2 days out. I agreed, I ended up needing the car earlier than the 2 day wait and they were happy to order a different tire for me that would arrive sooner. The reason for the 3 stars is they left my used tire along with my spare tire thrown in the trunk. I’m a little confused as I never requested to keep the old tire, and I would have appreciated the effort to put my spare tire away.
